Terms of reference

To assemble a 'matrix of evidence' for the role of TDM NNRTIs, PIs and new drug classes in HIV therapy
To review the evidence at least every 6 months
To effect interim updates if a key paper or meeting report changes the balance of the evidence for or against TDM per drug and/or patient category
