IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO SERVICE
We are able to accept samples for HLA-B*5701 testing immediately. You may ship your sample(s) for testing prior to completing our account set-up process.

Download our Account Set-up Form. Complete the form on screen in the fields provided and email to us as an attachment. Alternatively, type the details requested into an email. Send the email to info@delphicdiagnostics.com.

SAMPLE-HANDLING
Download our Sample-handling Instructions for information on how to prepare samples and for the delivery and contact details of our UK laboratory. Please note that samples may be stored and shipped at ambient temperature allowing for batched shipments without the need for dry ice (see Sample-handling instructions for full details).

TEST REQUEST FORM
Please download and complete one Test Request Form per sample. When we have set up your account, we will provide you with a PDF Test Request Form incorporating your account number and clinic details.

REPORTS
On receipt of your Account Set-up details, we will process your samples and send the results as PDF files to your nominated email address(es). Our turnaround time is 7 working days.
