GENOTYPING - HCV

HCV genotype is a key predictor of treatment timing and response and is recommended in HCV treatment guidelines.

SPECIFIC

Lab21 uses the Siemans Versant HCV Amplification 2.0 Kit and the Siemans Versant HCV Genotype 2.0 Assay (LiPA) to determine HCV genotype (1-6 with subtypes).
